What is GrowHQ and how does it work?
GrowHQ is a social media growth service that delivers real engagement to your profiles and content — followers, likes, views, comments, and more. Simply choose your platform, select a package, provide your public username or post URL, and complete payment. Delivery begins automatically within 30–60 minutes.
Which platforms do you support?
We currently support Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram. Each platform has a range of services including followers, likes, views, comments, and platform-specific options like TikTok Livestream Views and YouTube Watch Hours.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No account is required. You can place an order as a guest by providing your email address for order confirmation and tracking. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history and manage multiple orders easily.
Is there a minimum order size?
Minimum order sizes vary by service. Most packages start from 100 followers or likes. Some specialized services like comments or livestream views have different minimums, which are clearly shown on each package listing.
Can I order for multiple accounts at once?
Yes. Each order is placed for a specific account or post. You can place multiple orders in sequence for different accounts. If you manage many accounts regularly, contact us for bulk pricing options.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders begin within 30–60 minutes of confirmed payment. Full delivery time depends on the package size. Small packages (under 1,000 units) typically complete within a few hours. Larger packages may take 24–72 hours to maintain a natural delivery pace.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After payment is confirmed you receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link. You can also log into your account or contact support at any time for an instant status update.
What happens if my order doesn't complete?
If your order fails to deliver in full, contact our support team within 30 days with your order ID. We will either re-deliver the remaining amount or issue a full credit to your account — whichever you prefer. We stand behind every order.
Will my profile need to be public during delivery?
Yes. Your profile or post must be public at the time of delivery for most services. If your profile is set to private during delivery, the order may fail or deliver partially. We do not offer refunds for orders that fail due to a private profile.
Can I pause or cancel an order after placing it?
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, delivery begins automatically and cannot be paused or cancelled. If you need to make changes, contact support as early as possible — we may be able to help depending on the delivery status.
Account Safety
Is this safe for my account?
Yes. Our methods are designed to be safe for your account. We use gradual, natural-paced delivery to avoid triggering platform detection systems. We have processed over 10,000 orders without account bans or penalties attributable to our service.
Do you need my password or login details?
Never. We only need your public username or post URL. We will never ask for your password, 2FA code, or any other account credentials. If anyone claiming to be GrowHQ asks for your password, it is a scam — please report it to us immediately.
Will platforms know I used a growth service?
We use gradual delivery pacing and high-quality engagement sources to make delivery look organic. While no service can guarantee 100% invisibility, our methods are optimized to minimize any risk and we have a strong track record of safe delivery.
What if a platform updates its algorithm?
We continuously monitor platform changes and update our delivery methods accordingly. If a platform update affects an active order, we will contact you and either complete the order using updated methods or issue a full credit.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency only — Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Ethereum (ETH), and other major coins. After placing your order, you receive a payment address and a time window to complete the transfer. No credit cards or PayPal are accepted at this time.
How long do I have to complete payment?
You have 30 minutes to complete your crypto payment from when the address is generated. If the window expires, you can re-initiate the order. The price is locked for the duration of the payment window.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout: 5% off at 2,000+ units, 10% off at 5,000+ units, and 15% off at 10,000+ units. The discounted total is shown before you confirm the order.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions use industry-standard SSL encryption. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through secure blockchain networks — your funds go directly to our wallet address. We never store or access your crypto wallet or private keys.
Guarantees & Refunds
Do followers drop over time?
Some drop is normal with any growth service. Packages marked with ♻️ Refill include a free refill if your count drops below the delivered level within the guarantee period (typically 30 days). Email support@growhq.cc with your order ID to claim your refill.
Do you offer refunds?
For fully delivered orders, we offer refills rather than monetary refunds on covered packages. If your order was not delivered at all, contact support within 30 days and we will resolve it with a re-delivery or full credit within 24 hours.
What is the refill guarantee?
The refill guarantee means we will top up your count for free if it drops below the delivered amount within 30 days. This applies to packages marked with ♻️ Refill. Simply email support with your order ID and current count.
